CRA Holdings, LLC is the holding company for two operating divisions. The first is Clinical Research Advantage, Inc. (CRA) which is a trial management organization that provides Phase II – IV clinical trial management services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The Company matches pharmaceutical, biotechnology and contract research organizations with its partner medical practices to recruit patients and conduct clinical trials. CRA has provided research services to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries since 1990, and has successfully completed over 1,800 clinical trials. The second division is Heartland Health Therapy, Inc. (HHT) which is a sleep diagnostics and durable medical equipment provider. HHT’s centers provide all the required services needed to diagnose, treat and support patients with sleep disorders since 1994, having completed in excess of 135,000 sleep studies. Through HHT’s durable medical equipment company patients are provided with equipment needed to manage their sleep and other respiratory disorders to include continuous positive airway pressure units, oxygen and nebulizers. The company does business as Sleep Testing and Respiratory Services (STARS).
